We’re answering our most frequently asked questions!
How does our waitlist process work?
In order to easily fill our vacant apartments, all applicants will be placed on a waiting list for their preferred style of apartment once they submit their application. After selecting their preference of floor plans and submitting their application, the applicant will be placed on our waitlist and notified 60-days prior to their intended move-in date. At that 60-day mark, a representative from Kelly Farms will notify you of what unit styles we will have available for your desired move-in date.
When were our apartments built?
We started leasing apartments here at Kelly Farms in February of 2019, making us one of the newest properties here in Columbia. We are proud to offer our residents great amenities and modern finishes.
How does the Amazon Hub work?
Here at Kelly Farms, we offer our residents access to an Amazon Hub to safely pick up their packages. Once residents move-in, they will activate their account under our hub. When residents receive a package, regardless of the delivery carrier, they will receive a code via email. Residents then take that code to the hub, scan the barcode or type in the code, and retrieve their package from one of the hub lockers. This ensures that all packages are kept safe until residents can collect their deliveries.
Are we related to the other ‘Kelly Properties’?
The answer is YES! We have three sister properties: Katy Place, Kelly Highlands, and Kelly’s Ridge, located right here in Columbia, MO! We also have sister properties located in Overland Park, KS (Kelly Park and Kelly Reserve) and Springfield, MO (Kelly Greens).
Do all of our apartments have garages?
Most of our first and second floor apartments have an attached garage. Our Kiernan, Rory, O’Neal, and Teague floor plans all offer attached garage options on the first and second floors. Our Teague floor plan (2 bedroom, 2 bath) even offers a two garage on the first floor!
Do all apartments include a washer and dryer?
Yes! All of our apartments here at Kelly Farms include a washer and dryer, as well as other major appliances. The best part? - There’s no additional charge!
Are we pet friendly?
We are cat and dog friendly here at Kelly Farms! Our property features plenty of green space for our furry friends to enjoy! We also spotlight our pets every week on our social media.
Do all apartment homes have a balcony or patio?
Yes! All of our apartments here at Kelly Farms include a spacious outdoor space. Our Declan floor plans offer an even bigger wrap around porch! We also allow gas or electric grills on patios and balconies. How awesome is that?
What amenities are included?
We are proud to offer a large array of luxury amenities. While living here at Kelly Farms, you will be granted 24/7 access to both our gym and fitness studio, which features Fitness On Demand. You will also have access to our Business Center, which is open from 7am to 11pm. Here at Kelly Farms you will find computers and a printer, where you can print with no additional charge. Our pool area, which is open from 9am to 9pm, features in-water loungers, as well as a hot tub, flat screen TV, and gas-line grills.
